A practice that meets you where you are

I've been teaching yoga for 16 years, and so many of the women in my classes are in the same season of life. Their bodies are changing, their sleep is all over the place, and they're taking care of a lot of people. They want to move and feel good, but most of what they find online doesn't feel like it was made for them. It's either very polished and very fast, or so gentle it never asks anything of you.

So I made a space for us. We're ditching pretension and performance for thoughtful, science-informed movement rooted in yogic wisdom, and it's free to join.

Yoga, meditation, and breathwork practices made for midlife bodies and busy schedules, so you can practice whenever it works for you.

One live class each month

Once a month we meet on Zoom and practice together. It's the closest thing to being in the studio with me, and the energy of the group makes a difference.

First dibs on class bundles

When I put together a new online yoga bundle, members get access before anyone else.

A community that gets you

You'll be practicing alongside other women who understand the chaos of perimenopause and are figuring out the hard parts (and the good parts) of midlife too.

What practicing with me is like

I'll tell you why we're doing a pose, give you options so it works for your body that day, and remind you to breathe more often than you think you need to. You'll get a real practice, and you can rest whenever you need to.

I've been running my studio in Indian Head, Saskatchewan since 2014, and that's how I teach there too.

From my students

In their words

Robin's yoga has been such a blessing in my life the past 10 years. I took yin yoga to prepare for child birth and I took a sprinkling of classes randomly for stress management and body movement. Now I am finding yoga a spiritual practice helping me to develop my relationship with God and source. I have found yoga to be prevention rather than management and I am now intrinsically doing the practice daily on my own.

Robin was the jumping board a year ago. Amazingly the more I did with her the more I did on my own too. I feel that while my practice at home is foundational there is nothing as healing and beautiful as a morning with Robin in her studio. Yoga truly is for everyone. May you find what you need in your life through this healing modality. Thank you Robin for being such a conduit of goodness.

Practicing yoga with Robin has been a life raft for me through a very difficult season of my life. When life threw a devastating challenge my way, one of the key ways I navigated it was yoga with Robin. I was able to show up on my mat, knowing her voice would guide me through the sequences and turn my brain off for an hour. The reminders to breathe, to downshift, the safe space to process grief — invaluable. What we learn on the mat translates into how we cope with life's challenges.

Robin has created such a comfortable and inviting space — it's somewhere I genuinely look forward to being. Her classes are thoughtfully guided, with little tidbits of practical info woven in to give extra meaning to each pose and class. The soothing music, beautiful new props and her calm, knowledgeable direction make every session feel supportive and grounding. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.

You don't have to have it all together.

Trust me, you definitely don't have to have it all together or be a perfect yogi to practice here. The only thing you need to do is show up.

I'd love to have you.
